What is the crafting formula and skill needed for making armor ess?

Requirement: Level 115 Armorcrafting

Materials needed: 1x T30 dust, 1x T30 cloth

Put both in top of an enchant rod (dust top left, cloth top right) and spin the wheel !

EDIT: was thinking armor when I typed that. Jarr is right, it is 115 for the essences. And the correct order, thanks.
