Is it normal to shaft of death an enemy when he is under tactician`s CA influence ?

Note that the enemy survived.

While under tactician, nothing can kill you. Nothing.

In arenas, I used to use it to get rid of ruptures and DoT and let people shaft me...free cleanse.
