Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD good enough?

Looking for knowledge from the more tech savvy than me out there.

I have a laptop that has "Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD" for a video card, basically no video card, just the hardware installed.

I'm thinking of installing an older game that lists the system specs for video card as: ATI Radeon X700 or Nvidia GeForce 6800

My question is the Intel GMA HD good enough? If it's less, is it even close? meaning could I use and have a livable amount of video lag?

Even with the power of google, I'm having trouble with this one. Any assistance appreciated.
