If ur class is tactican, ill assume ur using a pierce weapon.
In melee stats put 90% of that in dex and the rest in energy.
for defense put 60% or 70% in agility the rest for hp.
Then enchant all ur gear with cnt.
As a tactician u wont have to worry much about being hit by melee hits, magic is ur real threat.
That a rough templete on building a tactician, not the perfect answer, u just need to play around with it.
