Quests Reset on First 2 Rerolls

After careful consideration we have decided to allow quests to be reset on a characters first 2 rerolls. Since we don't believe this can effectively be exploited for any repeatable gains it will just add to the fun of anyone who wants to reroll and try something new. If you have just rerolled recently and want to take advantage of this then simply reroll again. The counter starts at 0 as of now regardless of how many times a character has already rerolled. Anyone can take advantage of this so don't whine that other people are having fun - just do it yourself!
