A level 14 got 14316 exp in Learning skill turning in a quest from grasslands. She also got 867 gold. The learning skill she gained lvl in was rush of knowledge at lvl 19. So there was already a 5 level difference

30k in Active Acceleration (Currently level 27)

Lv23
Same N.pass quest
56k in Squirehood (Currently level 20)

So, exp penalties obviously do apply (both have very similar exp bonuses)

Large overskilling penalties apply compared to the previous quests.

I got a little over 4 mil in a 10% penalty skill from my first quest.
