Face Auction copyright infringement
As you clearly stated glitchless, "Players may also opt to provide a 128x128 transparent PNG of a custom face, however, the face must be original artwork (ie not taken from another game or internet image) and must be an actual portrait. Players can also provide a 128x128 original background image to be used with their face."
Costeaks new face for his toon Alhimyk is not original in any regards, i am not stating this to be mean or attack him, i simply wish to protect both costeak and glitchless from any negative things that may come from this, attached is a screenshot of google images, clearly showing that he got this face from a pre-made, unoriginal, and definatly copyrighted image.

This is fail on so many levels. He stole this from an anime. It's only a matter of time because they ask for profits because their copywritten material is being used on a game making profit. Technically they are entitled to royalties now. I think the face should be changed asap before nodiatis get's into trouble. |

As good of a question as that is, i think glitchless will care, as it clearly breaks one of his pre-written rules about the face auctions.

A) I doubt anyone who makes that anime has ever even heard of Glitchless or Nodiatis
B) I doubt anyone would have noticed if you hadn't brought it up
C) In what way is Glitchless making profit from Costeak's face?
D) Why do you care?

I don't, Just pointing out the obvious..
They will end up getting sued. Just because Pikachu is on google doesn't mean you can steal it and then charge people to buy it as an avatar to put on an unrelated game.
It's a bad idea and will have bad consequenses for us all :/ |

His face has already been reverted. We'll give him the chance to select a new face or submit an actual custom face.

It's nice to know the time I invested in making my art for the face was unnecessary. I totally coulda just cropped one from google? Blast it all. :/
....all I can think of now is all the community I could have been watching instead. T_T
