Default Remove gem from play
This action, like the shatter gem action, has no global cooldown so it will not interfere with normal combat functions.

I'm getting a cooldown when I right click my gems...

It looks like it is still triggering a ghost global cooldown, it will be fixed next client patch, but you should still be able to remove many gems in rapid succession in the mean time.

Actually it's just a visual bug. You can still remove them very quickly (before the cool down bar goes away) but the cool down bar still appears.
