You do realize this is a 4 year old post right? Nothing has changed for dotter to change their OP status. Any "change" that anyone is seeing recently is purely their imagination

Ofc we do Rogue..some of us anyway...man can't we have some fun on forums. With all the whining about DoTs being to Op. Figured why not let the DoT haters think there was/is a small Nerf.....lol
