List of Bow Users currently on Nod.

Just curious on who all is a bow user. Preferably a mid/high leveled one. Just trying to see on their builds. If they are a hybrid and if so what kind and how is it going. Please post your level, and if you are a hybrid what is your current hybrid at the moment.
If anyone has a question on being an archer please feel free to ask any of these people. I'm sure we would be more then happy to help.

Also feel free to give ideas about possible builds or anything that you feel would be a good discussion topic.

Do not say that you are a "piercer" for it doesn't matter since you cannot benefit from both. If you say this you will not be put on the list.

If anyone has any ideas of new skills that archers may obtained please write them here and if we find it is a good one one of us may put it in the idea & suggest place in forum. Jeff usually only makes skills that are fully thought out already.

Archer Tips.
*Damage is based on CNC/INT added up. So any build will work. DD or DoT if you prefer and you will keep your damage the same.

*If you decide to be a shield archer you may keep testudo by first meleeing then autoshooting. This may be very useful in many circumstances.

*Quivers 39,58,78 and 99 have Range haste procs which will help DPS therefore helping farming times. A range haste gem may do the same thing but it will consume energy/mana.

*Broadhead Gem is a valuable resource for any archer. With the R2 increasing damage by 6% can make a huge difference at only 12energy/mana cost every 5 seconds.

*Having a piercer will help sometimes for that final kill making use of your DEX stats.

*A 2H is useful due to double bond. It can increase your stats a good bit and tempering will cost less.

*Don't neglect DEX. It's very important. Any miss is a huge dps killer for archers.

*Hybridizing is what makes an archer. It makes us more versatile. Whip, Shield, DoT, DD or healing. Put any of these together to match your play style.

Drunkin I will list you just as an archer. Since you cannot take benefits from piercing as the same time you are shooting.

lvl 81-84 ranger/druid

i have been staffin as of late but still maintain my bow skilz as i have not rerolled

imo ranger is hybrid class that can use a bow or a staff and be sucessful in both

i have held off from cap in order to bring all skilz up to par
and tbh i dont feel im ready for cap as there are many skilz id like to see my lvl or better in still

So, about archer build...Cnc...Int...is damage based on total, or does one add more? If anyone wants to or has tested this just post here.

Also, I am planning on making a 3 man archer team for PvP.

Archer/Paladin with auras: Broadhead Aura, Flamecall Aura, Life Resist Aura
Archer/Paladin with auras: Broadhead Aura, Aura of Thorns, Aura of Reflection
Archer/Paladin with auras: Broadhead Aura, Death Resist Aura, Psych Resist Aura

Class/Gem/Skill Bonuses would be: (does not include crits n stuff)
Max DD damage + 192
DD Damage x 2.025
Max Ranged Damage x 1.2834
Min Ranged Damage x 1.116
Psych Magic Resist = 86.28312%
Death Magic Resist = 86.28312%
Life Magic Resist = 86.28312%
Aura of Thorns Damage = 29.4
Aura of Reflection Damage/Mitigation = 14

Two people with quiver of neverspent would get range haste of 42.108%

third group member would have Quiver of the nightkeeper's embrace- all group gets range vampiric aura of 6.96%.

All would cast Red DDs, recasts, and AOEs.

Would that be a decent team? (In theory it should pwn hard, but you never know...)

lol, surprised to see that Gwendalyn wasn't the first person to come to mind when the author created this thread.

She is a 99 epic'ed out bow user, who uses both AOE (pvp) and Single-target DD gems.

I didn't put anyone on here that wasn't named due to someone PMing them for help. She was one of the first I thought of though.
