when you go lvling then after your done go to another town enter it and spend trophies then move to 1 square before the town your lvling at and then enter it just before you go lvling again this way you can get extra adventuring xp with little effort

just by doing this you can easily get your adventure skill up to the same as your lvl and higher if you want too this method is rather effective thats why i post about it here could be helpful to you also
