Virtues not needed for epic crafting

Default Virtues not needed for epic crafting
I've just started crafting epics.

Needed to down-grade tier 7 dusts to tier 6, and expected to get the message that I didn't have one of the required virtues. However, I was able to downgrade.

In addition, I was crafting a consumable recipe, and I don't have 1 of the virtues for the tier 6 dust. Once again, I was able to craft the consumable without any problems


Is this as intended, or an oversight ?

only time you need virtues now are to trade epics
