Default MRE redistribution issue
There has been a recent glitch that allows particular stats to go below 50. When i got enchantment stones, raised a stat with points, and then redistributed everything, I found that my alt's MRE went to 41 this way, and now he cannot move. I thought that this problem was fixed long ago, but now it turns out it is still here in a way. Here is a screenie.

the problem was fixed by you not being able to move...simple as that
