Default tempers
after inspecting zerula i noticed 2 items. a 48 shield and a 58 crush both with tempers X2 for 160hp @ lvl 80. so this means he is taking advantage of this without the necessary req. to do so?

he has a main pumpin him full of combat trophies....lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of trophies

and the tempering shows the lvl of the inspector not the one being inspected...
