Default Expansion Gold For Runepower
Why not create a system to buy clan expansions with excess runepower?

I.e., Clan WWW has 20 million xp for August. Uses 8 mil for runes and expands to 100 members costing 10 million runepower.

You buy both with gold so I don't see why rp cant be used to increase the cap.

i could see this being a benefit for all within clans, since not everyone can donate additional gold towards expansions, but they can help the expansion by being out grinding this way and helping to contribute to thier clan making them more loyal(in theory anyway)
