The rollover efficiency skill has been removed, instead rollover efficiency will be 100% by default, that is every hour you have left over at the end of the day will be stored for the next day, however, your Rollover Cap still determines how much you can store in this fashion.

This change should help alleviate some of the stress involved with managing your adventure time, allowing you to miss a day and not miss out. Just make sure you get your cap up early.
