Bloodlet doesn't take any mana. is this not considered an attack or just a result of an attack and there doesn't count towards Mana Theft Rune

1. this is intentional, don't let your mana get low
2. mobs dont have gems that steal mana, the two events are not linked
3. only DD's, melee, ranged, and pet attacks are "attacks".
