Default Vampiric Auras bugged
They replenish you for all the mana or energy you have ...
Cant be that mana of 400 jumps to 700 when it hits you for 30 ..atleast not in my mathbook

ex:
casted down to 400 mana, get hit for 30, mana is full again.

ok.. now its a bit messy..

i got the 7% get mana back aura..
if i get hit ..i lose energy and gain no mana..

*checks energy aura*..

Make sure the creature you are fighting doesn't have an aura of his own caused by his runes that would make him steal energy when he attacks.

its the mobs in jun river..
But well atleast the auras dont give me mana or energy.. so they still dont work i suppose..?

*edit*
stupid me ..sure i can check if they use the runes.. yes the drain energy even if the auras are NOT up .. small amounts i never even noticed before
