not that I know of, ADR were able to do up to the 91 boss and could have beaten the 92 boss but during the 92 boss fight that they were finally able to survive for more then 2 minutes jeff patched and added enrage and berserk

When you take accuracy into account approximate 4.5% per level of accuracy. Since the 88 epic is 2 accuracy tiers better than the 78 it gains about 9% to it's damage ratio w/ the 88 arrow thus ending up dealing 6.7% more damage than the 78 epic bow. This may not be a dramatic increase in damage, but the increase becomes much greater when used with the higher level arrows.

And if you are putting all your stats into dex then you prolly don't need the accuracy unless fighting blacks. Especially if you get it up to level 70-100
