Spies are not exempt from this, and when a Spy is kicked or leaves a clan, it gives this message to ALL clan members.

Not only this pointless, since Spies cannot be taxed, but also it tells the whole clan "Spy XXXXX Has left the clan" completely ruining the the usage of spies.

Agreed.

Spies should be exempt from RP penalties as they are not taxed, are meant to be clandestine (inside sender/target clans as well), and as such shouldn't have their identities or existence broadcast by such notifications.

Be sure to test bugs before you report them. When spies are kicked it is only announced to the spies, officers, and masters. And since spies can benefit from runes they are not exempt from the rune power penalty.

Sooo, they can't contribute to RP(unless they can purchase some?), but can use Runes and cost RP when they leave as opposed to getting kicked?

According to Relic, (in pm), the spy 'left' and wasn't kicked.

When a person leaves a clan or is kicked it will cost the clan 10,000 rune power. This is another effort to prevent fast clan hopping and also to prevent clan owners from inviting people without the intention of keeping them in the clan long-term.

Well, cud an exception for spies be made?

Would make sense for spies not to contribute to RP, equip/use/access runes for the clan they're a spy for, or purchase RP.

Then they wouldn't have to cost the clan RP for leaving or getting kicked, sorta evens out. No contribution, no penalty.

Would facilitate ease of reporting in, as spies can be detected if offered a clan invite.

It was tested.. obviously.........
Isnt it supposed to be, ONLY the person who invited him know that he got into the clan, or kicked out? Doesnt seem like much of a spie when its displayed to the masters, officers and such.

Not much point in spies eh?

How to fail at reporting and still delude yourself into thinking your report was somehow correct seen above.

Furthermore, your suggestion that spies only be seen by the person who invited them fails even harder since that would be no different than private messaging them. The whole reason there are spies is so they can speak to the clan spy network, officers, and masters.

The whole point of spies is the gather intel, secretly. If everyone knew who the spies were, then why not just put the clan name in their clan slot?

Showing spies to everyone negates the purpose of the spy.

Agreed again.

Besides, Officers/Masters are able to view whether their clan has spies anyhoo, so no need to show whether they join or leave.

This of course would allow for deniability by Masters and other pussies who wish to keep their 'hands clean'.

Spies = unseen, unknown, undetectable.

Should be such in every way.
