Lvl 70 Stats?

When you get to lvl 70, are your stat skills limited to that lvl (so 280 only) or can you continue to develop your Melee, Magic, Defense, and Recovery to all lvl 100 (So a max of 400 points)?

In other words, if I leveled purely with Melee, Magic, and Defense, would I be able to level Recovery when I got to lvl 70 or would I be stuck with what I put into it, setting aside the possibility of untraining.

you'll be stuck with what you put in once you hit 70 but you can delevel/redistribute, max is 280.

you can however level stats above the level 70. You could have 100 melee, 79 magic 100 defense ans 1 recovery
