v1.159 Rogue and Regener Bonuses

Regener's bonus has been changed from 5% to 15% to 8% to 24% bonus to hp, mana, energy regeneration.

Rogue's min damage bonus has been increased from 8% to 24% to 10% to 30%.

Clan war declarations have been implemented for testing purposes. Clans are advised to hold off from declaring war on each other until they fully understand the consequences of losing a war, however, some may choose to ignore this advice. You cannot actually engage in clan battles yet.

Edit: Do not attempt to declare war on other clans. It will not work properly yet.
