Default Unusual Lag Experienced

Many players, myself included, are experiencing unusual lag today.

I've never lagged on this game before.

Is something going on server-side?

i agree since yesterday the lag has been getting worse. i normally play 4 chars in tabbed windows using firefox, with no problems.

but now even when i am playing only 1 char there is a bad lag. also the AT time seems to be going down faster that normal. maybe because of the lag.

It's not lag, per se, but I'm having serious framerate issues with just one instance of the game open.

It's important to distinguish between framerate issue and lag issues. As camli stated you appear to be talking about framerate which is something that I've been fooling around with a lot lately... java applets aren't really meant for such a strenuous interface that takes up so much memory and the flushing procedure may not be working quite right. Are you guys getting any flushing messages DURING the lag or only before it or none at all?

I am getting a"Click to regain applet focus" message come up every so often - mainly when switching between characters.. Though running three is very choppy and eats my AT at the moment.....
