Proc Resists Removed
The chance to resist non-gem spell effects has been removed. It had always been impossible for players to resist these, however, creatures above your level have innate resists to most things and they would resist many procs. This is no longer the case.
The Derinium and Beriali gems have had their weight and description slightly altered.
