Stat reset
Perhaps a form of stat reset... although it somewhat overlaps with enchanting.
Making the stat change could be made up of Items/Gold/AT/Crafting/Runes/Experience Loss/Level Loss/$ as some ideas. Some different ideas for types of stat redistribution aside from straight up reset.
Most Recent Redistribution
Tier 1 stat reset will let you redistribute the most recent level in Melee (for example), while a Tier 10 will let you take back the 10 most recent levels.
Least Recent Redistribution
Opposite of above
Single Stat Reset
Instead of reseting all stats, just reset one of the stats
Temporarily Redistribution
Any of the above, just temporarily (till server reset)
