The Minor balance gem

I have a problem with the Minor balance gem.
Cause well, my max mana, is higher then my max energy, so when i start with a fight, and i get the Minor balance gem, and like i did use 13 mana, so my mana is well 150 of the 163 after that, and my energy is still lower, then i just lose 6 mana, cause my energy is still max..
I hope you understand this story. And please tell me if it is meant to be that way, that you can just lose stuff with that gem, or if it can be fixed.

Ah, yes, this is a problem. I'll need to make those gems work based on % rather than raw amount. Should happen later today.
