firefox and IE

Both my IE and my firefox keep not responding to my comcast connection, and by the time I relog I am dead so I loose a lot of AT that way.

the most recent was when firefox did this and on all 3 characters I went from almost 2 hours AT down to less than 30 seconds AT simply because of a damn relog

Is this typical? if not how the **** do I solve the problem?

It's unclear by your description whether your browsers are not responding or that you are losing connection to the site. Make sure you have the latest client and hope for the best.
