v0.631 Resurrection and Equilibrium

A resurrection gem has been added to the game, it is a level 5 white spell that reads:
Resurrects your friendly target and consumes all your mana and energy. Can only be used when out of combat and by Priests Angels level 20+ Druids and level 30+ Paladins.

Also an equilibrium gem line has been added that transfers automatically between energy and mana to have them achieve balance thereby allowing you to gain mana benefits from your energy regen and vice-versa.
