when fighting with a group it would be smart to have at least one person which primarily heals and 2 that deals heavy damage for instance a spellcaster would make a great healer and then 2 melee or ranged or one of each for fights to maximize your chances against bosses
this tactic has worked well for me and a friend hopefully it will be of help to others also
