Default v0.625 Enchanting Implemented
Players can now use the Enchanting Rod with various resources to create Enchanting Stones. Enchanting Stones give varying bonuses to different stats. Without requiring any tradeskills Enchanting Stone can be used on an item in your inventory to enchant it which will expend the stone and impart its stat bonuses to the item.

Note that using an Enchanting Stone on an item that is already enchanted will overwrite the original enchantment. Enchantments are for stat redistribution only.
