Dual Wield Buff Tonight

With tonight's patch and new client v0.624 dual wield will get a significant buff. Rather than increasing haste from 0 to 100% it will increase haste from 50 to 100%. This means that at a skill of 20 (the minimum you need to actually dual wield) you will have 60% haste instead of 20% haste.

Remember that the haste is applied after the delay of the two weapons you are using is added together. Dual Wielding is still only beneficial if you have two good weapons, adding a crappy weapon in you offhand can lower your damage output.
