The crash bug that had been hounding us for days has been tracked down. It was a bug that existed since the addition of the Prowler class. Their attack bonus required a special whip check, and there was an error in the code that lacked a safety check and had the chance of accessing a non-existing or null item, thus causing an access violation crash. This bug has been fixed.
Anyone who was active during the crashes who experienced major losses (over 1m gold in value) can e-mail
help@nodiatis.com with a claim for compensation. Please provide your character name and a copy of the line in your player log showing the transaction that failed to be saved.
