I was queued for arena after the last restart and my 2 alts Iesuss and Depot drawn together in Arena and lost rating and penalised
I thought this was not ment to happen
I post a screenshot from Depot same message was in theother char too

I'm checking your IP history and I can see that from the same computer/browser you are accessing the server from multiple IPs. This could be something that happens due to your ISP or due to you connecting via multiple networks (common for wifi or hotspot or mobile) at the same time. If the two characters are in queue and their IPs don't change at the exact same time, they can end up facing each other.

i use vpn, and it had an update. So is it the moment that i was in queue and the vpn relaunched?

Yes. The IP change can be instant, but the server is going to get one player's update before the others, and they can match up then before the second player's IP ever changes.

But it doesn't recognise that the characters are logged in the same browser? :s

No it's strictly IP since that is data that can for the moment be trusted.
