Group farm - loot bug

One of the group members is getting unusually low amount of gold / trophies.
This has happened to me multiple times in the past (2019 while farming bosses), one or even 2 members were getting 2-4k gold while the other/s were getting normal big chests, but somehow i was getting rid of it back then.
This time i cannot, it has been like that for the past 3 days which prevents me from burning my RRT, today it didn't fit into my rrt bar anymore.
Please solve the bug as it is preventing me from playing the game.

To avoid any stupid questions:
- TM is off
- Accel is on
- DAccel is on
- all group members start the fight at the same time, no penalty message is thrown
- the toon which gets bad loot, consumes rrt at the same rate as others, 6s per second

Can't tell if you're trolling.

If the characters are not close in level that could cause something like that. It's in the patch notes somewhere to prevent a power leveling exploit.

Update: The character in question was level 82, which did not allow it to gain skills like BGT which, in their description, require you to be max level (85+).
