Glitchy, are chances to "double cast Red gems" (Werecougar) and "double cast any gem used" (Sleight of Hand) are the same variables or separate?
Also, when Sleight of Hand trigger Dragontammer BP proc, does that result in 3 cast or Quad Cast? I tried to pay attention to how many casts happen, but because of the amount of numbers, im worried if Im seeing what I wanna see versus what actually happens. . .
They are the same effect. Having both increases the chance of double casting (see my sig), but doesn't give you the ability to triple or quad cast.
