Default Gate pot
Rygin (alt) is lvl 45 on rr, he presently can recall for a cost of 5 pots and gate at a cost of 1 pot. I tested it 4 times to be sure and logged out and back in. Same results, gating cost him 1 pot.

Mishba

I also tested Mishba, and his cost are good equal for both recall and gate.
