I agree, this is probably a good idea at this point. There was a time when matchmaking was configured differently and were a bit too easy to get into a match exactly when you wanted to, making this somewhat exploitable, but that isn't the case so much anymore. Considering it along with some extra checks to ensure it can't be exploited... for instance, we could just store your actual cooldowns prior to arena starting and restore them after arena ended--that would make sense, no?
