Default Pending HoT vs Pending DoT

Does pending HoTs mitigate shaft?

IE stacked hots prevent a shaft until they burn out

If not it kinda seems like they should... as DoTs stack to create the shaft HoTs stack to create the anti-shaft

why is that?

it makes sense in the opposite sense of a dot really, should it be a new skill? I dunno man

not trying to make more work for team glitch but it seems HoT is the anti DoT so should be like reverse superman

as there are no LG HoTs its not exactly "op"

Because there is currently a skill that does it for DoTs and not for HoTs.

thanks for clarifying, so I guess a skill suggestion might be in order. couldn't imagine it would be stupid op as few people really utilize HoTs.
