Long click - Right click

This may sound odd, but can we have the option to turn off long clicks turning into right clicks? Sometimes, when I notice I'm clicking something in combat (a DD or DoT gem perhaps) when I'm dazed, and instead of letting it happen, I hold my click, intending to release it when my daze runs out. Ever since I discovered clickable gem slots, this has saved me from self harm many times. Now that long clicks turn into right clicks, the same gems that I would hold my click on are being destroyed, due to the game thinking I want to right click.

just move your mouse cursor to another part of the screen, when you release the click it would be picked up as a action with no intention and be ignored
