Enhancement (legendary): craft powerful (enhancement) stones with which you can enhance your equipment

I'm thinking like +5% to a stat or 1% to hit/dc/crit chance or 5% to gold at level 100. As with enchanting, can only affix 1 to each piece of equipment, and high cost to craft. Stones can be uptiered by merging 2 of the same, with relatively low % increase. Tier of affect cannot be larger than tier of equipment applied to/socketed into.

Proctations (legendary): craft curious stones with which you can add a chance of something powerful happening

Uses TP of equipment holding the proc you wish to duplicate and a set of materials that doesn't change except for increased level/quality of gear (from epic to LG for instance). Stones can be uptiered to parallel the affect of the actual gear. Tier of proc cannot be higher than tier of equipment applied to/socketed into.

Socketing (legendary): add a socket into which useful materials may be placed to enhance your gear

Rather than only directly affixing enhancements and proctations, you can socket them for added affects. Max sockets of each type determined by quality of equipment being socketed. No refund on attempts when max is reached. All socketables are destroyed on every attempt. High % chance to fail (like 10% success rate at lvl 100) and high cost of materials for every attempt.
