Enchantrix Stave has had its proc increased on all tiers, but especially on the lowest tiers. We have to be careful with this one because color bonuses can lead to extreme gem modifications.
Wrapped Ebonbone Staff has had its proc minorly boosted and it's stats significantly boosted.
Staff of Serpent Ice has had a massive boost to its proc and melee hit boost.
Staff of Pain and Pleasure has had a very minor proc boost.
Staff of Spoil and Misery has had its proc boosted.
