Super laggy, server issue?

Game has been unplayable with lag since i got home from work about 2 hours ago. Constant 600-1500ms when i am normally sitting around 45ms.

Additional info: I've closed nod and reopened, rebooted, etc. with no luck, and my internet functions normally on everything but Nodiatis.

And as mysteriously as it started, the lagginess seems to have gone away. Back down to ~70 ms which is normal enough. Will update if any further changes.
