people like to rant there are never EU beasts. I couldn't find the old thread compiling a year of the last beasts.

so I spent 2 hours going through the beast log and recording finder tc times.

eu beast times are 05:00 server time to 17:00 server time. source: raidens, an eu player.

american beast times: 13:00 server time to 03:00 server time. Source: me. American player.


americans cover 14 hours while Europeans cover 12. main reason for this is how many people really play in the far west Europe? couple dozen? prolly less. not worth mentioning. meanwhile Americans and Canadians do cover east to west with a fairly good distribution. those extra 2 hours will account for some of this.

this covers the last 365 days of beasts. there is some overlap beasts.

173 beasts. 47.4% european beasts. 14.4 beasts per hour (173/12 hour span)
290 beasts. 79.4% american beasts. 20.7 beasts per hour.
12 beasts. 0.3% in the 2 hour void. 6 beasts per hour.

No purpose to this thread aside from posting my counting results.
