Nrg/Mna Theft and New Toad Changes, Sound Error Fix
A sound error was occurring with cresists, this has been fixed.
The new LG toad has been changed from crit resist to crit damage mitigation and the % value has been increased. This should reduce the randomness of its effectiveness.
Energy and Mana drain spells have had their duration lowered from 20 seconds to 5 seconds. They will drain for the same amount, however, it will happen faster, preventing them from crippling an opponent with very low mana or energy for as long.
