Recruitment Skill Change
Previously, the Recruitment skill only rewarded experience to the character who referred the buyer's account. From now on, both the purchaser and the referrer will receive the full experience reward. This will happen (and be the same amount of experience) regardless of whether your account is linked to another as your referrer.
This change will not be reflected in the skill name until the next client patch, and we'll hold off on that until there are more substantial client changes.
