PC client keeps freezing
Often, without warning, usually when town walking or arenaing, the client suddenly stops doing everything. Most buttons become unresponsive except for opening and closing inventory and such. This is happening a few times a day. I've heard other reports of this happening.
Gotta close it and re-open to resume whatever I was doing.
Client v3.195
Windows 10 64 bit
i7-7700k cpu 4.2 ghz
4200 mhz 4 cores
16 gigs of ram

Why is your solution to every problem to check the AV? I know for sure it's not the AV or else the client wouldn't be working at all. No AV messages or anything. I'm only using windows defender too.

Need a more detailed list of what you can and can't click with mouse. And do hot keys work?

Hotkeys not working. It seems like everything that is locally stored is working but stuff transmitted online isn't. If I missed anything needed for troubleshooting, just lmk and I'll go check it out the next time it freezes.

That video was very helpful. That looks like a serious bug preventing server communication. Looking into it.

Last week i receive a lots of "Left arena queue due to timing out." messages. I mention this because there were also the same freeze symptoms and delays as well described.

I never got that message however. I texted lakki to pm my toon and see if I would still get the message upon relogging. I even turned off AFK mode to see if Lakki would get the message about me being offline the next time everything locked up. He did get the offline message. Still no left arena Q or attempting to reestablish connectivity to server messages.

I did more testing today. With walking companion (level 2) active in slot 1, the client locked up in within 15 minutes or so. But when I disabled the companions, I town walked and arenaed for about 45 minutes with no issues but I will keep going for another hour or two before I can reasonably suspect the companion to be the culprit. Eventually, I'll re enable the companion and see how quickly it locks up.

Still getting locked up when companion is active but not when companion is inactive.

It will probably lock up in the same way but it should give you an error message indicating what happened.

Got a couple sceenies. Game didn't lock up but I was probably mashing the WSAD keys faster than global cooldown. Lemme know specifically what you're looking for so I don't end up spamming this thread with useless screenies.
