Default Arena Team You Should Have Beaten

Should take win/loss into account.

Ridiculous for us to to lose rating and get no bonus because a team with a 90% win rating 'shouldn't be beating' our 68% win rating team just because they haven't queued much this season.

I know. But what happens if Noremorse, Oneangel, and Thepirate decide to team up with their average indi rating of 700? They could be winning every fight and still be a team that 'should be beaten' until their indi rating goes high enough.

What about when Fatty stops throwing and starts actually winning? Going to be the same thing.
