Removing Rating from Arena Matchmaking
Arena matchmaking will no longer take rating of any kind into consideration. Players will now more randomly be matched with opponents - with mechanisms still in place as always to moderate being matched against the same team over and over when others are available. This should speed up queue times for people with high ratings and low ratings alike. Cause everybody wants that farming bonus.
