Default BM Regen question
Anyone know the max HP tick rate with EF Helm/BP, runes, and sacrigenesis(and anything else I missed besides timmies)? Just trying to gauge whether it would help survivability enough in higher zones enough to be worth the money without the timmies.

dunno the actual tick rate however the bm tale did a ef gear bm set up and it works well for survival in pvp so i imagine pve it would be great. however dps takes quite a hit. so killspeed is gonna be way down which could make it not worth the time unless grouped and the bm tanking
