Iggy one, you get an alt created. One and done would be nice... and it would reduce the risk that the next N is actually a new player that we should help.

I support. Every time i think i got all the toons of a guy iggied he starts sitting another >_> as long as it's ip unique and toon stops being ignored once on a different ip this would even leave shared toons unaffected >.>
